The lady who greeted me (I’m so sorry but I didn’t ask your name, my apologies) was very welcoming, friendly & knowledgeable.There are demonstrator models available to try out, superb, you don’t get this level of customer experience or service even in the high end department stores, let alone Tech stores!Thank you MV for providing such a high standard of customer service.

Having test vacuumed around the store, Stuart then demonstrated how to maintain and keep the hoover in good working order, which made it so much easier for me & my 80 year old mum to understand the manual instructions.I purchased 2 Sebo X7 vacuum cleaners, at very competitive prices.

Stuart offered to assemble both Sebo’s which is very much appreciated.
