And then there are like a million more too.Really, this book is like an encyclopedia of naturey crafts, homemade beauty products, and recipes.
It’s a little mind-boggling.. Oh!And there’s a section all about creating nature-inspired Christmas decorations!How amazing would that be?.
And fairy gardens!.Oh, and did I mention that Amy photographed the whole thing herself?
She’s got some serious talent with a camera, that girl.. Getting to check this book out was kind of extra-special to me, not just because it’s written by a friend of mine….
..but also because she worked with the same publisher that I’m working with on my book, Page Street Publishing. This time in the living room.. Now all this up until now was all fine and good but the real fun part was adding the “nail head” trim using cheapo thumb tacks.
Worked like a charm! The best part was that it was actually easier to push them in with my thumb rather than use a hammer.
I spaced them out an inch apart for a little more of a relaxed look.I used the hammer in the end just to make sure the tacks were all pushed in all the way.
