Transforming prisons, transforming futures
It seems like it’s becoming more and more popular with manufacturers because it’s lightweight, cost-effective, and it guards against tampering.
There are a lot of more natural and healthy home scent products you can get too, which are great, but sometimes it’s fun to experiment, make your own, and know exactly what it is that you’re spraying into the air you breath.. Making your own air freshener spray is soooo easy too, so why not?.The ingredients are simple:.
-Essential oil in your choice of scents.Essential oils can be bought online or in health food type stores. The ones that I buy are usually between $6-10 per bottle and the bottle lasts a long time.
You can use just one type of oil, or you can get creative and mix a few together to create something fun.. Here’s how you do it!.Place about 1 tablespoon of baking soda in a bowl.. Drip in about 30-35 drops of essential oil.
Most other recipes say 15-20 drops, but I just like it a little stronger.
The baking soda will help carry the oil and allow it to mix in with the water so the whole thing doesn’t separate..often seems to make half of it stick to the glass and get left behind.
Quickly remove all of the excess dust and debris before you do the final shine by vacuuming it off with the soft brush attachment!.Vacuum bed sheets and quilts between washings to keep pet fur from building up.
We are definitely one of those “pets are allowed on the beds” kind of households.Often times it’s both cats and the dog at once!
