To access the filter, remove the dust bin from the floorhead, pull the black tab to remove the filter shroud, then take the filter out of the shroud.. You can then tap loose dirt into the bin and rinse it in warm water.

Put the vacuum into its upright position and make sure the vacuum isn’t charging..Hold the dirt cup, then press the release button.

You’ll then be able to remove the filter and filter housing from the top of the dust cup..Empty the dust cup into an outdoor bin..Remove the filter from the filter housing.. Run the filter under cold water to rinse away dirt and other debris.

Keep rinsing until the water runs clear..Allow at least 24 hours for the filter to fully dry.. Once dry, place the filter back into the housing, then replace inside the dust cup..
