So having no color in the every day stuff makes the pops of seasonal color even that much more fun and exciting for me and I don’t end up feeling overwhelmed and bored of being stuck with the same thing..
I paint full rooms with them all the time and because of how easy they are to handle, the job actually goes much more quickly than with a big roller.Try it out if you don’t believe me!
For ceilings, look for the.rollers with a longer handle.to make your life a bit easier.. Use that pink-tinted ceiling paint.
But sometimes don’t.If you’ve never painted a ceiling before, let me tell you about.
this neat stuff.
they have out now. This pillar was already here, but I love it, so it’s going to stay just the same.
It’s pretty small in this hall so there isn’t much room for a table or bench. This pillar gives me somewhere to put some flowers or whatever I think is seasonally necessary, decorating-wise.. That’s what we’ve got so far!
Up next, more white paint, installing the wainscotting, and then choosing some sort of contrasting color for the top half of the walls. The other night I needed a little pick-me-up.I was thinking about different decorating projects I could do, but then reminding myself that I need to tackle the bigger stuff first (which I have been, believe-you-me), but then feeling like I just wish I could be “done” one little room so I could actually just play around in it, but then realizing that it was going to take a little while and not to waste my time creating a bunch of decorations that just aren’t going to work in the final room anyway.. It’s a noisy place inside my head..
